Terrible, this is one of the poorest customer experiences I have ever had - do not trust this woman.

Do not trust Ashley Williams Creamer!! Ashley hired a reputable Electrical company, paid the minimum to start. Thousands of dollars invested, left the country on elaborate honeymoon. Finally reached Ashley Creamer and she promises to pay. Again after avoided calls, Reached Ashley again, another big fat lie. Every few months another lie but we Found Ashley on Facebook and found her location with professional help. A: Move forward with the suit and lien as per the returned certified mail proof of delivery and emails of intent or B: Turn over what has been identified by authorities to be theft if service and fraud and get paid through restitution and forward the indictment to TREC, BBB, and any other consumer agencies assembled and operating to protect society from fraud and theft. Ashley is not active military; she has no excuse for theft. She is a liar and scam artist. Don't get ripped off by Ashley Williams Creamer!!

She managed a property for me, which I terminated due to poor service. Unfortunately, I have had to pursue her legally to recover rental income and security deposits. She either claims that the EFT did not go through or, when that ruse fails, that she is mailing a check, which never comes. Do not use her services. Run for the hills!

Ashley Williams Creamer is the owner/operator of Elite Echo Property Management (aka - MSA Property Management, aka - CMO RPM LLC) - she has a suspended real estate license and can not legally manage properties. I terminated Ashley after she failed to provide the contracted services in relation to managing my property (late payments, no statements, attempts to falsify repair activity...). She is bad news - steer clear. Do your home work - check the TREC, BBB, on-line reviews - they will all back up my comments.

Very bad experience dealing with Ashley. MSA property management, CMO RPM LLC or Elite Echo property management all run by Ashley, does not pay rents to owners & similarly ill-treats renters. Pretty bad experience with Ashley. Highly unethical and unprofessional.

Ashley Williams Creamer is a full blown lying scam artist. She contacted me through the construction app "Thumbtack" like many other proteome daily. Unfortunately I made the mistake of working on one of her "properties" and have now been forced to jump through the legal hoops of filing a lien on a property that she manages. I've been forced to go through the tax assessor to contact the owners of the house directly which has been a mess in itself. Out has now cone to light that this woman has a long running history of this and has had her Texas Real Estate License revoked. Do not trust this woman, she is an absolute scam artist.

Ashley owes me $26,000 from when she was a property manager with Elite Echo PM (a name she changes constantly so she can continue her dishonesty). She doesn't pass the rent on, she lies and says money was sent when it wasn't, she avoids phone calls, etc. She is horrible and I cannot believe this person is still in business. I am now looking for a lawyer so I can sue her and get the rent that she collected from my renters... What a shame that this person is still stealing from people..

Ashley was great. Don’t believe any of the posts others have posted. Ashley worked for us for 7+ years and did an amazing job. We never had one late payment. We appreciated everything she did for us.

Ashley is amazing! I have worked with her for 9 years. No late payments and very happy tenants all 9 years. I was very upset when Ashley told me she couldn’t do PM due to some issues that have filed against her. It’s sad that people are saying things that are not true.
