Shes from this area and knows the neighborhoods and the people here well. She was so proactive and involved in making sure we got everything we wanted and were promised and went above and beyond in making sure we were happy along the way! I cant say enough good things about her!

Ashlyn is helping me buy a house in the Temple/Belton area. She has sent me many homes to look at and taken me to see them when Ive been there. Though I told her a year ago I wouldnt be moving until summer of 2019; she has and still is continuing to provide information on any listings she thinks I may like. Ashlyn was great! As first time buyers she was very helpful. She gave us her honest opinion on what she thought would be a good deal and what would not be and saved us from putting money into a home that would have been a bad investment. She was reliable and punctual, and would respond immediately to any of our questions. We never had any delay time throughout the process of putting in an offer on a house, to negotiations, and to closing.

Ashlyn was amazing to work with. She was extremely professional and responsive - even when she was on vacation. She did way more than a typical realtor in terms of helping us get our new house set up - including making trips to measure spaces for a new refrigerator and performing walk-throughs with a third party inspector. She also made sure our lawn was cut and manicured before we came to town. We have bought several homes and Ashlyn, by far, was the best realtor we have ever had!

As military members changing stations, Ashlyn helped us buy a house even though we had limited knowledge of the area. She was extremely attentive to our desires and needs as far as what we were looking for and helped us narrow down a realistic expectation with regard to budget, space, neighborhood, etc. She operated as though she knew exactly what we were looking for, and usually had answers to our questions before we even asked them. She also had great recommendations and working relationship with the title company we went with which essentially packaged our whole experience together into a streamlined, easy process. We couldn't be happier with her work and will recommend her if we ever get the chance.
