"We're incredibly lucky to have found Tom Pantazis. For us, as first time home buyers, he really broke the preconceived stereotype image we had originally thought of realtors. He was never pushy and he got to know us to find out what we were looking for in a home. Once he got to know our style, he went out of his way to find other houses (sometimes not yet listed or slightly above our range) that he thought we would like. To our surprise, with him showing us houses out of our original range, it opened the door to discussing with his finance team on what we really could afford. During the entire process, Tom and his team were extremely transparent on what certain things might cost.
