Aubrey Hamid

We relocated from N.Y. to Deltona, Fl. We met Aubrey and he became one of the family. We were about to raise a family, location & schools were "high priority" on our list. He found us the perfect home in growing Oviedo, FL. As a family, we love our home, location, neighborhood, schools, shops, University. We have bought several investments through him.

I found Aubrey on the Internet, 6-years ago. I picked him from a long list of R.E. Agents. Today, I'm extreme happy I did. Once I told him what our needs were, he found us what we needed; Good location, close to our Church, School, Hospital Shops, connecting roads, etc. We relocated from Connecticut. Our family has enjoyed our relationship with Aubrey, he is honest & hard working...Try him.

While living Overseas, we were highly recommended to Aubrey by one of his former client. I told Aubrey what I was interested in & my price point. We kept in communication, within a short time, he called & told me of a good opportunity, for less than half my price point...to my amazement. I flew into Orlando & went into contract that same day with the builder. Our life in Orlando has been greatly enhanced with good quality friends...a result of Aubrey. We now own 3-investments. We would recommend Aubrey, to anyone looking to buy or sell. He is a caring person with great integrity, sound area knowledge & excellent customer service...

As an established "Real Estate Broker" in the New York area, I was referred to Aubrey. He did not disappoint us in the least. He found exactly what we were looking for, a Vacation home in a gated & Golfing community...We love it! I now look forward to short vacations there & spending time with him....Our journey has been a smooth & enjoyable experience.
