Audrey has been so wonderful to work with! We bought and sold two different houses with her. She was patient and really listened to our very specific needs and requests. We first worked with Audrey in 2012 when we sold our townhome in Naperville and purchased our family home in Yorkvilke. She made everything seemless and explained every step along the way. We were quick to contact her again when it came time to sell our Yorkvilke hone. Her experience and professionalism showed through once again. We could not think of using another realtor in the Chicagoland area other than her again!

My wife and I met Audrey while viewing one of her property listings. Her knowledge and expertise where immediately apparent. She made it clear, that while viewing one of her listings, she could only represent the seller, but would be happy to set us up with a colleague if we were interested in pursuing the property. While we decided not to move forward with that property, we decided right away that we would have Audrey evaluate our home and help us in a search for a new home. She gave us pointers on getting our home ready for sale. We followed those tips and the first weekend the home was on the market, it was an unseasonably cold and snowy weekend in March, we had 8 showings, an open house, and 3 offers!! Next Audrey helped us in obtaining the home that we wished to purchase, guiding us through the process of the home inspection, financing, legal representation, etc. While there were some hiccups along the way, she helped us through each step, always being available by phone, text, or email, and kept us fully updated along the way. Audrey Mital is a Rockstar; she is absolutely amazing. Our family was relocating from Pennsylvania; we were under a tight timeframe to find a home in Illinois and renting was not an option. Audrey worked tirelessly to help us find our home in our allotted time. She immediately provided us with local community information to help us narrow our search. After identifying a number of attractive communities, we compiled a list of available homes to visit and scheduled a weekend to travel to Illinois.To say that Audrey organized our lists and scheduled walkthroughs very efficiently is an understatement. We visited over thirty (30) homes in two (2) day. We were on overload, but Audrey kept us organized and focused, taking small breaks throughout the day to strategize and plan our next steps.We made two (2) offers on homes, but they didnt work out.
