One of my biggest worries buying a house was not understanding some of the language associated with real estate and what to look out for when looking at a house. Audrey is also great with negotiating on your behalf while also being upfront with you about what is possible and not possible. We started looking at houses with her in December 2020, took a break for a month to save more money then back into looking and we were in escrow early February 2021. Once in escrow Audrey really worked hard to help us acquire the house.
