Aurora is an amazing realtor who really pays attention to her clients' needs. She listens. She doesn't just show you places she thinks you might like....she listens carefully to your needs and finds you the perfect properties with all your requirements. We have been looking for a while now for a 2nd property and Aurora has been so patient and works diligently to meet our needs. I would definitely recommend her to everyone I know. She is amazing!!!

Aurora helped my husband and I complete a Comparable Market Analysis on our FSBO home when an appraisal came back lower than expected. She navigated the MLS system with ease to show us homes that were comparable to ours in our neighborhood. The comps she was able to pull for us were appropriate for our home and assured us that our home did have a higher value than the appraisal estimate. We were able to submit the report that she created to our prospective buyers lender to contest the low appraisal. She is professional, brilliant, and loves the real-estate business.

Aurora took excellent care of us as she worked with us on our house purchase. She provides a high level of attention, is a quick and open communicator, and seems to genuinely take joy in finding people a house that fits them.

Aurora is a truly excellent realtor. I had sold and purchased 4 homes prior to my recent experience with her; in all cases we had helpful real estate professionals. However, adding the strengths of all of them together would not even equal half of that which we saw in Aurora.We first connected with Aurora at a time of severe need. I was named the personal representative for an estate following the shocking and untimely death of a much loved family member. In that very dark hour, she quickly responded. From our first meeting with her it was apparent that she was a caring, authentic, honest, friendly, and knowledgeable professional. In a very short time we had a great offer and she continued to navigate the contract process with ease.On the eve of closing, the great earthquake of 2018 struck and caused considerable damage to the home. Aurora navigated the complexities and delays caused by the lender and reconstruction loan issues with grace. In the end, we completed the sale and are now able to start moving on with our lives.If it werent for Auroras expertise, care, support, and tremendous work ethic I do not see how we would have came out of this with any kind of positive outcome.
