Austin Lazanowski

Austin Lazanowski is an excellent realtor! We were building a new house on one of the last available lots in a premier golfing community and we needed to sell our current house. At the time when Austin became our realtor, our house had been listed with another realtor for 6 months and we had several showings with favorable comments, but no offers. We had lowered the asking price by $25,000 and still no offers! After we ended our contract with the other realtor, we interviewed a few realtors and decided that Austin was our best option. We were very pleased that he did everything that he promised that he would do! The best part was that he got us an offer on our home for $293,000 and our asking price with him was $295,000. This is after we could not sell it with the other broker/realtor for $275,000. Not only were we able to increase the asking price again with Austin, but he sold our house in 5 days! Anytime we had a question or concern, he immediately responded via text and/or e-mail. He was there for us throughout the entire process. After the house sold, Austin sent a portion of his proceeds to our favorite non-profit organization. He even offered to help us move into our new home.
