  • Avi never responded to my request

Didn’t use him to but to rent one of his homes. Very shady and tried to think I was renting from a realty company by conducting the rental agreement signing at the realty office. We upgraded some things and left them and he gave no credit. He charged us for carpet cleaning when we had it professionally cleaned. When we initially walked through the house a young kid showed us the house a said they will have carpet cleaned and it wasn’t. When we moved out, a walk through was completed and he stayed after we left. When we got the amount of our deposit return, he listed things that weren’t even discussed during the walkthrough. Be very careful! This person cannot be trusted.
