I had a great experience working with Avi. I had a good sense of where I wanted to be and what I was looking for, and his attentiveness allowed us to not waste any time and get right to the negotiating and closing the deal. He made sure I had all my questions answered and got me the info I needed right away when I did have questions. He was on top of the process the whole way through and was a great help! Definitely recommend him.

Avi was above & beyond fantastic- hes a go-getter, we told him what we imagined our dream house to be and he literally went out and found it. He was also extremely helpful through the escrow process; setting up inspections, gathering quotes, meeting tradespeople when we couldnt be there, he was full service. We cant recommend Avi enough, he is a super star!

We wanted to purchase a rental/vacation property in Santa Barbara, but we live in Florida. Fortunately, we were able to meet Avi in person and see quite a few properties over the course of one day. From that, Avi was able to hone in on what we liked and helped us continue the process from across the country. He personally visited properties for us, took pictures, Facetime'd with us to do live tours, and finished each with a recorded video tour. He was super helpful and always available throughout the process. He arranged all the inspections and other closing activities for us, and afterward even helped find contractors to take care of everything we wanted done. He has a can-do, get-it-done personality. We would definitely recommend Avi to anyone looking to buy or sell property.
