My wife and I were in a unique situation. We were out of state and had never been to Norman, OK. Wed also never purchased a home before. If anyone needed the best realtor in OKC, it was us.Babs had in depth knowledge of every area in which we were interested. This included many different cities in many different directions outside of OKC. She even talked us out of buying a house early in the process because she believed we could find something much better suited for us (she was spot on). It was easy to see she was trying to help us get into the right house for our family rather than make a quick buck.When we put in our first offer, we could tell she had already done this many times. She guided us step by step at every turn. She was the perfect balance of telling us what we should do and giving us the freedom to make our own decision.She was ALWAYS available. She would respond immediately if we had a question or concern. She was also very thorough, honest, and kind. She even went the extra mile (literally) and took videos of the front and back of the land (12 acres), along with videos of the house. Even after we purchased the house, she offered for us to send our Amazon packages to her house and bring them over because she didnt want us to have any issues with the packages getting stolen or damaged. I cant imagine having a realtor better than Babs. My wife and I are truly grateful we found her.
