Met Barb at an open house down the street from our house. Very impressive. Worked with her on and off for 6 months getting my house ready to sell. Sadly, we listed it with her as the state shut down due to the covid-19 outbreak. She did an great job setting up everything from staging to pictures and presentation on the internet. Once the covid restrictions eased off, we had a bunch of showings in a short period of time and the house sold quickly.

Barb was an unbelievable help in guiding us thru the purchase negotiation process with all of the other parties including our own lender. Very responsive to all of our questions from day 1 with our initial offer thru attendance at our closing! We feel like she is a part of our family and was really after our Best Interest. She should be your Go To person with any real estate related needs!

We had a fantastic experience with Barb Healy!! When we first met her, we were impressed with her. She was very nice. Very knowledgeable of the area. She knew of the house and a lot of it's history. She pointed out all of the good and bad aspects of the house. Which were not many of the bad at all, but was impressed that she didn't try to hide anything from us. After the first showing, when we had questions she responded quickly and was attentive to our needs as potential new home owners. And it didn't matter what time it was, she was there for us. When we told her we wanted to put a bid in, she was excited for us and I thought that was nice to see her genuinely happy for us to join the neighborhood. Throughout the whole process she was great! After we signed, she met us back at the house to take our picture with the sold sign. I don't think we could have had a better experience. I would 100% recommend her to anyone who is looking for a home. She's going to treat you right and exceed your expectations!
