Barb Waress

I didnt want to write this but after severaI weeks later with time to calm down Ive decided I must. I am a single mother who has maintained my home , taken pride in my home , and raised my children here. With lots of love and work on this home I had decided its much to large for one person. So... I hired Barb Waress and Adelle Tubbs of Stouffer Realty to list my home in Wadsworth. Communication was quite difficult. I sent her photos of my home to put on listing and asked her to let me know if they were not received. I didnt hear from her so I assumed they were received. Later I go to look at my listing and the photos they used were from 12 years ago. I call her and she sounds confused. She calls me much later saying they never received my photos so they used those. lots of back and forth , then I get a call from Ryan who seems very nice , He walks me through resending photos direct. I check the listing later and notice that all the photos are just uploaded in a random order and many duplicates. In my opinion they just rushed and gave no care to a professional listing. I text Barb and let her know and she says they will be fixed. Days later they are still not fixed so I message her again. I also notice that in my description she has written in all caps VERY DEMANDING VERY . I message her on that with no reply but almost instantly after messaging her , she texts my son and asks him to call her. My son is not on the contract and should not have been contacted. I call her and she doesnt answer.I leave a message for her to call me and also a text. I told her what she did was unethical in my opinion. So if very demanding is wanting a listing with current photos , a nice description then I guess I am. In my opinion this entire transaction was very unprofessional. Also this is the short version I did not include speaking to the company or other info because I would not have enough room .
