Paul Barbagelata sold our residence in the city several years ago. Working with Paul was a pleasure: he is very professional, knowledgeable, prepared, so smart, and he takes on all the work and the worries that come with home buying and selling. We were buying a house in a neighboring county and were working with another broker for our purchase. The difference between Paul and the agent on the buying side was night and day. I remember just one incident when the other agent called me as I was enjoying a nice morning at the dog park. Paul Barbagelata was my agent in buying my first property in 2003 and again my agent when selling it in 2017. He was excellent in both transactions when I was the buyer and more recently the seller.
