Barbara Alvarado

I was extremely impressed with Barbaras service as my realator. She found me the perfect home with exceptional service. Her knowledge, and expertise made me feel at ease during the process. I also want to comment on her patience with me while trying to find my perfect place. I moved here from California and it was so refreshing to have her as my realator with her experience and knowledge of the Arizona area. She also referred me to an amazing mortgage broker that took very good care of me as well. Barbara deserves 10 stars however the rating only goes to 5. She is professional, friendly and knowledgeable and was on top of every transition during the process of purchasing my home

Barbara is truly exceptional. I was a very "needy" client living in NY and trying to purchase a home in AZ. She took the extra time in sending me all the listings in my area and price range. She went the extra mile when researching comps and comparisons. I felt very comfortable when I made my final choice based on her research and knowledge of the market. I can highly recommend Barbara with full confidence.

I worked with Barb on a recent search for a condo in Phx. Barb was fantastic. Very knowledgeable about the areas, always prepared with market info and info on the properties, very accommodating to my requests for info, viewings etc. She is also very easy to be with and to view homes with. I found the entire process with Barb, from research to viewings to purchase and after sale service to be 100% pro, pleasant and fun. I would work with her again and again and I would recommend her to anyone searching for any property at any price.
