Barb Canaday is a Managing Principal Real Estate Broker with over 27 years industry experience. She owns and manages a boutique real estate brokerage where she provides exceptional service and an abundance of industry and property-specific knowledge for those buying or selling residential homes, country properties, working equestrian facilities, investments and timber properties. Barb is also a certified property manager, having managed up to 850 units of affordable housing throughout Oregon and Southwest Washington, and has in-depth knowledge and experience with the development, construction and sale of multifamily properties. Additionally, she is a Certified Instructor for the Oregon Association and National Association of Realtors, the State of Oregon and IREM, teaching property management and real estate classes, and providing specialty instruction for designations including Accredited Buyer's Representative, Pricing Specialist Advisor, Senior Residential Specialist, Military Relocation Professional, Fair Housing, Ethics, Law and General Best Practices.
