Coming from out of state, going through 5 realtors(NJ realtors are lazy unresponsive people), Barbara went to bat for us. Barbara started out as our Realtor and ended up being one of our dearest of friends. From the very beginning of our home search, Barbara listened to all of our wishes and showed us listings that we wouldn't have found otherwise on our own search. Due to the complicated marketplace, our search took a very long time. Nonetheless, Barbara patiently helped us stay focused and it really paid off. After months of searching, Barbara insisted on showing me a listing that didn't originally appeal to me on paper. When I stepped inside the house, I was overwhelmed with a feeling of absolute triumph. The house was in the perfect location and met every single one of our wishes. Barbara was so wonder helping me getting my moms house for sale showing me things to make the house better to show, she found places for me to get clothing and furniture donated. From the house found a clean out service for me to get the sheds cleaned out and removed. Barbara was there for every call and text I needed answers on no mater what time day or night I felt like I was her only client and I know she has others that she was working with too but it sure felt like that as she was answering questions. She was there for me. I'm so glad I had Barbara helping me and taking car of showing and selling my moms house I couldn't have done it without all her help....
