In the past 35 years, I have been a global executive in the Fortune 500 (Nabisco and Schering-Plough), and a Global and US partner at Ernst & Young. This experience helped build my knowledge of different cultures and helped build my understand people and their motivations. Among my many roles, I moved international executives around the world and helped them to make decisions about their careers and family. During this period I built strong negotiating skills during my responsibilities dealing with compensation and hiring and with client contracts and services. I also served as COO for an owner/founder run business (an arm of Bloomberg LLP), have led my own consulting company and helped my husband grow a successful software business. These experiences helped me to build strong entrepreneurial skills and my ability to instill trust quickly and consistently. Over the years, I have personally bought and sold a number of properties.
