Barbara Kerr

Listed and SOLD my home in Grand Prairie for top value! Very pleased, responsive and made great suggestions. Then bought my dream home in the gated golf community. I highly recommend you talk to Barbara Kerr.

Barbara helped us with both the sale of our home and purchasing a new one with seamless timing. Her advice kept us on track and we were very pleased with her efficiency. Next was to purchase my first income-producing property - went to close without a hitch! We highly recommend Barbara Kerr to buy or sell your next home.

Great person and very knowledgable. Work quickly and listed and offers 1st day.Closed as a contract written, on time!

Barbara is wonderful!! She helped us look for our first home in Castleridge and ended up purchasing a foreclosure in South Grand Prairie. She was so helpful through the entire process and went above and beyond to make sure we knew what the next steps were! Her and Trever (loan officer) made purchasing a home so simple. I've recommended multiple family and friends to Barbara and will continue!

Barbara did an excellent job in selling our home. From the date of listing, the house sold within a month! Barbara was very helpful in every aspect. Pleasure to do business with her!

Barbara performed two sales for us. The first was the sale of a home in Grand Prairie. This included facilitating removal of a tenant under eviction. She helped us set a market price on the home and it was under contract about 4 months after listing, which was a pretty strong achievement in 2010.Barbara also helped us rent a home in Lavon. She set the terms for the rental, advised us on market rent, and pre-qualified the renters. The current renters are by far the most stable that I have had in this home.

I would definitely recommend Barbara Kerr! We loved our home buying experience with her and so did my sister! Thanks Barbara!
