Barbara Madaras

Even though I don't say it enough thanks for all you have done for us. You have played a big part in making our dreams come true. Please forgive my grumpiness and confusion on some aspects of this - I know that doesn't show much appreciation.

"Thank you for your help, understanding, and professionalism throughout this process. We have appreciated your honesty, your insights, your patience, and your fast response to all issues and questions that we raised during the past month..... We sensed those qualities in you the first time we met you. We feel very fortunate to have had you on our side."

"Having worked with Barbara is a pleasure and a reminder of what true professionalism can accomplish. Always a step ahead in any transaction and in the Real Estate industry. Barbara sets a whole new pace for the rest to follow."

"We are VERY pleased.. ... You did a fantastic job and this obviously would not have happened without (a) your competence, (b) your attention and dedication to our "cause" today, and (c) your past experience and intuition you brought to bear on all aspects of this process... You have two serous fans here and we want you to know we will hope to share our experience with our peers in the future."

"The most assertive, thorough, tenacious Buyer's Agent I've used! (And this way) a touch, clumsy, (less than) honest Seller situation. You're great!

"We have had the opportunity over the years to have purchased several residential and commercial properties in various parts of the United States. Our latest residential purchase in Albuquerque was far and away the easiest to complete and that is a testament to your expertise and efforts..... Your analysis of the available properties in conjunction with your understanding of our parameters allowed for an efficient, focused search. We can honestly say that you are the best Realtor with whom we have worked. And that is all the more significant as I understand our transaction was your first!

"We were very impressed with your patience, sensitivity and sincere desire to understand our specific needs and requirements in a home.Your efficiency and organizing skills made our limited time frame a non-issue. Your determination and perseverance saved the day. That coupled wit your high ethical standards and "big picture" perspective are a winning combinations. For us, Barbara, you have set the gold standard. I believer buyers or sellers who find themselves working with you on either side of a transaction should consider themselves fortunate indeed."

"Caught up in the whirlwind of an unexpected out of state move, the selling of our Albuquerque property was something we were neither prepared for nor looking forward to dealing with. However, your professionalism and attention to detail made the process painless. You made it clear with every action on your part, that OUR interests were the priority.Barbara, with your positive energy, knowledge of Albuquerque, and unsurpassed people skills, Real Estate is the perfect profession for you!

Barbara, you are outstanding! You helped me make a decision that is better than I had envisioned it could be.I would highly recommend you to (anyone) in search of a home. Thank you, Barbara, for helping e fulfill a Dream....."

"When we were looking for a realtor, the main qualities we were looking for were competency, honesty, straightforwardness, and someone who would have an opinion and not just automatically mirror our own. And you've got all those in spades. We were looking to avoid the "used car salesmen" of realtors. So please, continue..... and that you for your patience with us. We warned you we'd be picky!!!

"Barbara Madaras is a credit the business and to Coldwell Banker. She is the very best. She is very professional. We her personality, she draws her client in with trust.Barbara thank you for taking care of everything for me. I never had to worry."
