Barbara was a wealth of knowledge due to her experience. She helped me get my condo ready, had wonderful photographers capture its appeal, walked me though the showing and contract processes, and always listened to me. She knew that selling my first home was going to be bittersweet but was always encouraging for me to decide what was best for me. I had 18 showings and 5 offers in 48 hours! Barbara took time to go over each contract detail and helped me select the one best for my needs. She explained the closing paperwork and attended the closing with me. I would never use anyone BUT Barbara Stone to buy or sell future property. I have already referred her to neighbors who asked me for her business card - she's outstanding.
