Having her show us around and help us with the home honestly felt like having a close family member assisting us, it was so comfortable. It was if we had known her for years. During the transaction, Barbara personally went to the home and did things for us that were well above her job description, including assisting us with utilities, escorting the home inspector, doing interior measurements, and validating repairs.
