I have been listing and selling properties in and around Otsego and Delaware counties for over 24 years. I know our area, our inventory and work well with all other agencies in the area.I love living here in the Oneonta area. My husband and I moved our family up from Farmingdale, LI NY in 1988 and been happy ever since. I know what goes into relocating because I experienced it myself. My husband and I were both born on Long Island and went to school together and still are together. We have 14 acres and an older farmhouse in the Goodyear Lake area.
