My Sellers average 2-3% more than their sales price, with multiple offers, and binding contracts in less than 4 weeks. My last sale of 2018 had 4 offers, bound in 6 days and sold for $11K more than asking price! I hold the Pricing Strategy Advisor certification from NAR and have completed the Accredited Buyer's Representative qualifications, only needing a few more sales to display that recognition.
