Barry Swan was very responsive and thorough with our requests for information. He demonstrated in-depth knowledge of the area which helped when we made our visit. He tailored properties to show that matched our requests/requirements. During our closing both the buyer and seller were not located locally, which caused some minor communication delays, but Barry kept us in the loop all through the process so it still felt smooth.
