Barry was aware of our wants and needs and was very respectful of our budget. We had an enjoyable house hunt and an easy and successful closing.

Barry was recommended to us from other people living in the condo where my mother lived before she got too ill to live on her own and needed to be in a more chronic care facility. We don't live on the east coast and our visits there were limited due to work and our children's school commitments so working with a realtor that could be conscientious enough to represent us in our absence was critical and Barry was extraordinary in this regard. He was familiar with my Mom's community, he knew what the ages of the various neighboring buildings were and he was able to access the condo, recommend what to do to make it sellable and he got us a fair offer in just a few months from listing it. He was accessible, responsive and helped us get some family heirlooms shipped to our home in San Francisco long after we could no longer be there and my Mom had died. He was a Mensch and I would highly recommend him and I trust him wholeheartedly.

We relocated from New Jersey in August of 2016. Barry came highly recommended to us - and when we spoke on the phone for the first time, I knew Barry was the right realtor for us. He was very knowledgeable on South Florida areas we specified. We explained we wanted to find a rental for one year to figure out where we wanted to buy. Barry was able to answer or get answers on every question we had. We had a need to be close to a hockey rink because both our sons play ice hockey. Barry provided us with information on rinks and teams and even introduced us with other families to speak with. We came down to Florida look at rentals on two separate occasions - for two days each. Barry took us everywhere. We did not find a rental on either of those trips, so instead of returning to Florida a third time Barry did FaceTime showings of a several more homes. We were very happy with the rental and after 6-months were ready to buy. Barry took us to over 50-homes over a few months. He never complained or was negative. He helped us find and purchase the perfect home. Barry is an excellent realtor and goes out of his way to help his clients through the entire process. I highly recommend him to anyone who's interested in purchasing a home in South Florida!
