STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! Beata is the most unhelpful realtor I have ever come across. In the past 6 years, I have worked for 4 realtors for my different rental units and a 1 star service is very generous for her! Extremely slow in follow-up and forgetful! We discussed our needs with her from the first conversation and even sent in writing that we have an emotional support animal. She did not ask units about the allowance of ESAs and wasted our time for over a week with mis-information. Also, she said she submitted several things on time, and we had to contact the listing agents on our own to find out that things weren't submitted and information was still missing, delaying things several times .Lots of promises that do not get lived up to. Extremely disappointing experience.
