Purchasing the property on March 26, 2016 at 10:30am and a BIG THANKS to our realtor Becki Jaeger, now with Coldwell Banker Groves Real Estate. The process in buying was extremely smooth process. I would recommend her to all. Very professional, always two steps ahead of me. She has been a real moral support to me and Gene as we go through the process of remodeling. With the hard efforts of my husband, Gene to make this house fabulous, in January 2021 we were able to have a engineer come out and inspect the property and we are proud to say that it has been declassified as a manufacturers home. It is now custom stick built home.
