After a horrible experience with an agent who was indifferent and unmotivated to sell my home, Becky and Ryan were placed in a "tough sell" based on the number of days my home had been on the market. Becky and Ryan Belk are absolutely wonderful ! Coming into knowing nothing about buying a home , and only been 23 years old , they taught me and guided me the whole way . Never thought it would come true . But here I am , July 2016 Becky and Ryan helped me find my first beginners home . I love it and it's been the best experience . Ryan and Becky are a great team! They were the perfect couple to sell me my first home. Becky and Ryan have gone above and beyond for me when it came to selling my properties. They have actually helped me sell 2 houses about 2 years apart, that is how amazing it was to work with them. I highly recommend them to anyone for anything real estate related. On my first house there was an issue with the property not draining water after it had rained for a week straight. Becky was amazingly patient with me as we worked through getting the situation resolved even though the Buyer's agent was less than courteous to all of us! On my second property the house was listed and with the market right now I had offers to buy within 48 hours. Becky and Ryan's experience on handling these offers came in really handy as they were able to soundly advise me on the different offers and which one they would recommend accepting. If I had less experienced real estate professionals in my corner, I may have ended up picking the wrong offer to accept. To top everything off, the week before closing I had to go out of state. Becky and Ryan worked with me remotely during that time, and handled everything to ensure that the closing went smoothly - including dropping off a replacement garage door remote for me! I am very thankful for everything that they have done, and again, I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

Becky and Ryan are wonderful at what they do. When I first approached them about sell/buying I had specific issues that I wasn't sure would allow me to sell my home. Becky started researching immediately and found details that only helped me. She negotiated so well with all the debt agencies that were tied to the house. She was amazing!! Ryan is just as amazing, he was so patient in showing me houses and was so knowledgeable of the area and things to look for when purchasing a home. I would recommend them to anyone!!! They are an amazing team and will work so hard to get what you want from selling/buying your home!!
