This was my first time buying a home. Becky was incredibly patient, informative and really took the time to ensure we found a home that we loved. She came with a team of experts that we able to provide us info on mortgage, appraisal, inspection. Not only did we have so much fun looking for a home, she made the process easy. Becky Clay...what can I say...as a real estate agent, she is very thorough, very insightful, and very helpful...things that you would expect from any real estate agent, but she did not stop there. My husband and are are seniors, and looked for 2 years for the perfect ranch style home, that would be our forever home. Becky searched with us, and when we found THE home, she jumped right in and made it the easiest transaction ever... then, to make the sell of our home easier; she helped us paint, found us a plumber, offered to help tile the bathroom, staged our home, getting us 15,000 over asking, brought lunch on garage clean out day, and she even brought her hubby to help with the actual clean out! Amazing does not cover how well this young lady does her job, and goes over and above what is expected of an agent.
