Becky Friddle

My husband and I own Friddle Property Management. We manage and oversee the day to day operation of rental property for owners that can't or do not desire to handle themselves. We handle everything from the advertising to get the home rented. We collect rent, taking care of any repairs or needs of all the properties and do quarterly checks to ensure the properties are taking care of. Owners are paid on the 15th of each month, with a running statement from January through December. We want my owners to know that they are in good hands. They don't have to do anything, except set back and know that we will collect their rent and they will be paid, without the hassle of having to worry about the property.
