We loved working with Quinby & Webb! Nora and Becky were professional, organized, fun, and honest with us. When house hunting, they kept our preferences in mind and we were never pressured. They each reminded us to consider if each house was worth our move. When selling our home, Quinby & Webb was so very detailed! Giving us a punch-list of items we should improve, fix and pare-down for the best staging experience! Quinby & Webb have a great sense of style which really helped showcase our sweet arts and crafts home. All of this was largely done as the pandemic was looming, we all worked at a fast clip to get our house on the market quickly and had an excellent selling experience (15 offers, sold in 3 days!) Nora, Becky and Michelle were a powerhouse team. They made the process seamless, stress-free, and fun. Through their expertise, we got well-over asking on the house we sold and below asking on the house we bought. Throughout the entire process they were caring, considerate, and patient (even after we looked at nearly 40 homes-- yikes). We never felt rushed and always had our questions answered. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home in the Twin Cities.

When we bought our first home a few years ago, we worked with a different realtor who often made us feel pressured to make decisions faster than we were ready for, and pressured us to offer our max budget with every house we looked at.Working with Quinby and Webb was totally different and a huge breath of fresh air. I felt like they really paid attention to what we were looking for and listened to our values; as we were looking for houses they gave us honest opinions about which houses were a catch and super solid (or what houses had big structural problems/needs and might end up needing more than we could put in) - I really appreciated their honestly and insight. When we would be deciding what to offer for a house, they shared recommendations backed up with data and nuance, and gave us a lot of suggestions - but also let us feel like we were in control and could really make the final decisions. We searched for a long, long time - and they were incredibly patient with us, never made us feel pressured, and supported us through every step of the process.When we were selling our house, they were incredibly helpful too!I really valued how much Becky and Nora know the intricacies of Minneapolis real estate - they know the reputations of every block and neighborhood, and are a wealth of knowledge. Typical first time home buyer anxiety here. The Quinby & Webb team, especially Elena were incredible to work with! They answered questions I didnt even know I had. Three key moments that made me so glad I had the chance to work with Elena specifically: 1) my first offer, she convinced me to sleep on it before making the offer. She knew the seller wasnt going to make a move that night and I may have been making an emotional decision. She can read people very well. 2) when that offer didnt go through we saw a house right before she left for a wedding. She called me the morning of the wedding to see how I was feeling about the house and got the ball rolling while away to put in an offer! 3) the day after my offer was accepted I went down the buyers remorse freak out path and she calmed me down and walked me through all the reasons I love the house and all the great things that lie ahead.I cant say enough positive things about the QW team. They were a referral to me by a friend and I will continue to pay that referral forward. They listened to what I wanted and delivered. I didnt see a single house that was a waste of time or out of the realm of my request. Dedicated, patient, thoughtful, and got me a wonderful house for a price much sharper than we were anticipating in this crazy market! Thank you ladies!!!!
