Becky is a friendly, polite and professional agent. We met over the phone and she provide clear direction and explanation of the process. She is very familiar with the area resources, housing prices, repair prices, and current inventory in the Chico area. Documentation and negotiations were handled in person, over the phone and via DocuSign which made the 30 day escrow possible. One on one, I found Becky to be very relaxed and easy to work with. She did a great job of coordinating the purchase of this house.
