Kenny and his wife, Belinda, make an EXCELLENT duo. They worked very well together to help us sell our home. The home was in no condition to be sold, and so we knew we had to completely remodel it. The remodel took MONTHS, but Kenny and Belinda were of TREMENDOUS help in keeping the contractors and us informed, on schedule, and provided good feedback on some design and process decisions. There were some situations that required fixes after construction was completed, and Kenny surprisingly and gratefully took care of them while on his way home from his full-time work. We cannot stress how helpful that was. Both Kenny and Belinda brought in a professional photographer to capture our newly-remodeled house, then send the images over to a digital staging company that made the home look AMAZING. We had never realized how realistic the digital furniture and accessories could look, and certainly played a big part in driving traffic to our Open House showings. The selling process went smoothly, and once again, we want to stress how warm and caring they both made us feel -- like family. Like friends. We are so very grateful we were introduced to them and look forward to getting to know them better personally.
