Ben made my first home-buying experience a breeze. He drove me around to dozens of showings before helping me find my perfect home, and then helped me score a deal on it! He was very knowledgable in every aspect of the process and handled all of the small details in the background so that I could focus on more important matters like where to put my margarita blender and how big of a TV I can fit on the wall. If I buy a second property in the Tampa/St Pete/Clearwater area again, I will 100% be using Ben and his team again. Highly recommend.
I have been fortunate enough to have done multiple real estate transactions and Ben as my realtor has always eased my concerns with his honest opinions on the property, and even some of the remodeling.
