I happened to stumble over M3 Realty through a random Zillow query, and I'm so glad I did. From the very first house Pat showed me, I was impressed by her knowledge and customer service. As a buyers agent, she pointed out problem areas or potential things to address. She knew about local codes and possible special assessments. She had my best interests in mind with each house she showed me - and there were a LOT of them. When I finally found the right house (2 1/2 yrs later), the deal almost fell through 3 days before closing when the underwriter had an issue with the deck (which had inspected fine). When Pat called me to tell me about the underwriter's issue, she already had a plan in place to address it. She and Martin quickly bought and installed some spindles on the deck railing - the very next day - and the closing proceeded as planned! I'm so grateful to them! I was probably what a realtor would consider a worst case scenario buyer. I started looking at the market with a very low dollar amount (just a couple $X,000.00) for a down payment. That being said, the properties I first looked at were not the properties I saw myself raising a family in. I continued to save more money, a lot more, but the market kept rising and it seemed like i wasn't going to get ahead of it. This was upsetting to me, but Ben was always telling me "don't worry Mike, there's one out there for you, we are going to find it.." due to my low dollar starting, this took much time, as I needed save much more. 3 years later we found it! At exactly this time one year ago my husband and I were on our way to close on our first home. It probably shouldn't have taken me this long to sit down and write a review, but the last year has been very chaotic one. As anyone who has purchased a home knows, the experience is a stressful one and for a young couple with two young children and a limited budget it can also be a very intimidating process, that is why we feel so fortunate to have had Ben Mullikin taking care of us. While I'm sure other realtors may be just as knowledgeable as Ben, I guarantee you that you will not find another that is as enthusiastic, compassionate, and invested in making sure you find the home that is right for your family. While we were very impressed throughout the buying process, we were most impressed with how much the entire Mullikin family continues to care about having a lasting relationship with their clients. About two months to the day after closing on our new home we had major electrical damage done after a severe storm took a tree down outside our home. We had never had to hire an electrician or file a claim with the insurance company so we called Ben for advice. Not only did he provide us with a recommendation for a great electrician, but he came out to see our family that night with a touching card from the Mullikin family. We have enjoyed the last year in our home and look forward to many more, but when it comes time for us to look again we know that will be calling Ben!

I've known Martin for over 15 years and when it came time to look for my first home, I turned to him. Ben Mullikin was a wonderful realtor. I am not one for sales people pushing you to buy something and Ben is nothing like that. Ben took me to see over 30+ houses over a course of 2 years. He was honest about each house and would point our both positives and negatives in the house I may not have thought of myself. He never gave up on finding me a house as out of the 30+ houses I didn't like any of them except for the one I bought. This was a long process but he always made time to see the additionally houses till we finally found the one. I have a very intense work schedule and he worked around it so I could find my starter home. As this was my first home Ben provided me all the key things to look for in a house and things to think about when building an offer. I would 100% recommend Ben as a realtor to anyone who is looking. Ben was spectacular. We fell in love with one of the most difficult pieces of property to purchase - a mixed use condominium with 40% rental occupied units. Ben stuck through us and found us 2 viable lenders (out of 37 who wouldn't even consider the property), negotiated a fantastic deal (saved more than 30% from the original asking price, and 55% off the last sold price). And even though the process took months - from snow on the ground to the hottest day of the year - Ben was patient, reassuring, and always knew how to keep things moving.
