Ben was excellent at keeping me up to date on what was happening during the entire process. He is a great communicator. He is knowledgeable about several areas around Sacramento and listened to what my needs were. Overall, I had an excellent experience working with Ben and will not hesitate to recommend his services to others. He was always available to answer any questions I had. He never hesitated to show me any house I wanted to see. If and when I decide to sell or buy another house, I will call Ben again.
