Ben Samimi

Ben was very helpful in getting our unit ready for sale. He is a diligent salesperson, holding an open house at our unit almost every week until we received a firm offer. Since we live in Hawaii, most of the transactions were long distance but Ben continuously communicated with us on what was going on in a timely manner, set us up with docu-sign, and got us a wonderful escrow company to work with.. We are very appreciative that he went "beyond the call" to help us sell our house!

My family was very fortunate to have met Ben even before hiring him as our agent. We were neighbors and even before we were contemplating on selling our home, you can tell Ben was honest, friendly, caring, and overall a great family man. This guy is the real deal, he is driven to get results and keeps his promises. Would I hire him again to sell or buy another home, in a heart beat.

I really loved working with Ben. I would recommend him without hesitation. As a first-time buyer, I was worried about all of the steps that go into such a major decision. Ben was very patient, encouraging and supportive thru the entire process. So much, that it turned out to be a fun experience, rather than a stressful one. We looked at a lot of properties until finding the right one, but there was never any pressure from Ben to go with something we had already seen. He wanted me to be truly happy with the decision I made. And I am :) Ben also has very good people that he works with, for financing, insurance, and the home inspection. I would recommend using those guys too! The only bad thing about the actual purchase of my house is that I don't get to see or talk to Ben as much, but I know we will stay in touch
