- Benjamen helped me buy a home
This agent is a nightmare. He failed to keep virtually every commitment he made to us as the sellers. He cost us at least $2,600 because of unexplained delays. He acted as both the buyer agent and the lending agent, which I do think served either the buyer or seller very well. It appears his focus was on his own pocketbook, not the people he was supposed to be serving. I would suggest avoiding this agent if you want professionalism and a person who keeps commitments and gets things done as promised.
