The only thing I regret about finally closing on my new house is that I don't get to talk to Ben as often. He made the purchasing process a lot of fun and went out of his way to make sure every detail was taken care of. He was prompt in replying to phone calls, which helped to ease my nerves. He connected me with a great loan company, went out of his way to find various contractors that were needed and so many other things that were beyond the scope of responsibilities for a realtor normally. He really listened to me when it came to choosing homes for viewing that fit into what I was looking for. I believe that if you do not know Ben before working with him, that not only will you gain a professional ally in your home purchasing experience, you will gain a friend!

I recently bought my first home with Ben's help. Although I read a lot about the process, I still came with a lot of questions. Ben was patient and helpful at answering the questions. He was particularly good at recognizing when I didn't fully understand something and explaining it further.Ben seemed to have a strong network of people that he (and you) can rely on to get specific questions answered, of which I had a lot, especially during the inspection process.He was prompt at responding to texts/emails, and remained professional throughout the process. I would recommend him to others looking to buy.

It is honestly hard to write this recommendation because I have so many things I want to say about working with Ben. From the get go we had a blast running around Louisville and checking out houses with him. He's personable, genuine, and puts everything he has into finding your perfect home. His passion for being a realtor is so evident. He will drop everything he is doing to get the information you need or to go check out a home. I love that we've found a home but I'm also pretty sad I won't get to hang out with Ben as much. The whole process was easy and didn't have me stressing about anything. Seriously, if you want a fun and stress free home buying experience, Ben is your guy.

Ben was the perfect realtor for me as a first time home buyer. I will forever recommend him to my colleagues, friends, and family. You can not go wrong with the level of dedication to your wants and needs that he will exhibit during your home buying experience. He is incredibly knowledgeable and if he doesn't know something he will find out for you. He is young and hungry and will be one of the best household names in the business before he is done.

What can I say about Ben. He has been a amazing realtor to work with. From the moment we gave him a list of what we wanted in a home to the closing and even after that he has always went above and beyond to meet our needs and wants. On top of that he made it a more personal experience in buying our first home. He helped us to document and capture ever little moment for our family to remember our first home. He even went in the crawl space of our home to make sure the repairs we requested were done. He has always stayed in contact with us even after we closed to see how we were doing. Not only that but he has many connections from repair people to even a designer to make your house a home. His work ethic and determination make him a great realtor. But his personality combined with how he works makes him a amazing realtor. Anyone who tells me they are looking to buy a home. I always send them in Bens direction. Many of friends tell me how stressful buying a home was for them. But with Ben I felt no stress at all. Like I have told Ben before he is stuck with me now. When my family outgrows this home and we go to our next one Ben will be the only person I will call.

Ben has a great personality and has handled all of my real estate transactions professionally and in a timely manner. When I have questions he has answers or he will find the answer and get back with me.
