Benjamin Kennedy

Ben has sold two houses for me in the last couple of years and both times he’s managed to get a new high sale price in their neighborhoods. He’s extremely knowledgeable about the local market and knows how to set up a house to sell. The best part about working with Ben is his ability to negotiate. No stone goes unturned and you can trust he has your back in the deal as your realtor. I’ll use Ben in the future 100% of the time as my Colorado realtor.

I have worked with Bejamin on several real estate transactions and he always been top notch...stellar! Very in tune with the market.

We were referred by a personal friend of the family to Ben and didn't regret it one moment. My wife and I were first time home buyers, which can be very scary at times and stressful and feel like you have more questions than answers. Ben went to work quickly and never wasted our time. He listened really well and always kept an amazing attitude the entire time. While we looked at houses in our price range, he pointed out things that we didn't see and helped us make the best choice possible. He definitely went above and beyond our expectations. My wife and I have even referred him to other potential buyers many times. If we buy again or sell in the future, we're going with Ben! We can't recommend him enough. You won't be sorry.

Ben Kennedy not only helped me purchase a home, but when the military moved my family to Hawaii, he also helped me sell both of my properties I had in the Colorado Springs area.! His knowledge of the area and great negotiating skill allowed me to get TOP dollar for my investments. He understands the military community and works hard to help service members make smart real estate decisions. If you are looking for a GREAT real estate agent to buy or sell, definitely use Ben Kennedy.!
