This was our first home purchase and we really lucked out when finding Ben to represent us in our pursuit for our perfect home. He explained every step of the process and made sure we understood everything. He was there day and night for any questions and concerns we had and always promptly responded. He gave excellent advice and recommendations from attorneys and mortgage brokers to local places we should check out. He pointed out even negative aspects of a home always looking out for our best interest. He guided and educated us for things we should be looking out for. I can’t say enough on how amazing this experience was and we really do owe a lot of it to Ben. He was always prepared and very professional. He is genuinely a really nice person and a very knowledgeable real estate agent. This is why I felt the need to leave this review because if anyone else out there gets as lucky as we did to find Ben to represent them do not give it a second thought.
