Consummate professional. Have dealt with quite a few Real Estate " Professionals " this past year having sold one house and buying two and Ben was far and away better than the distance runner-up ( who was actually pretty good ). Market knowledge, advice, timeliness, follow-up etc. were spot on. Never thought it would be so easy or come about so quickly but Ben made it happen. I have several friends considering a second home in Florida and I would not hesitate a second to send them to Ben.

Ben is a definite pro! So calm and organized. He was flexible with our crazy schedules and had our house sold and in our new dream house in record time, and with such ease. We have bought and sold several houses now and never knew it could be so simple. He was truly on top of it and everyone should consider him to find their perfect home.

We can't recommend Ben highly enough. He was extremely helpful to us in purchasing our new house- providing photos of housing lots we were considering remotely, taking detailed videos walking through homes we were interested in, giving his professional opinion on lot selections and other housing decisions, advising us on flooring care, providing contacts for home inspectors, walk-through help, and so much more. He even attended a 2 hour design center session to give his opinion on what would work in our new home. After the house purchase we needed to close on our old house remotely. We had no internet or office facilities and the title company in Maryland had sent us closing documents to review, sign, notarize, and return- and they needed them in a couple of hours. It seemed impossible. We called Ben. He had us come to his office where he printed the documents, reviewed them with us, notarized and returned them to the closing title company in less than an hour. What figured to be a nightmare for us turned out to be a breeze. We don't know how we would have gotten through this without Ben's help. He makes it look easy. On top of that, he's a great guy. My husband and I recently closed on our first vacation home. While we have been through the home buying experience previously with the purchase of our primary home, this was our first time buying out of state. There is added stress due to logistics and I had anticipated a very difficult time managing this. Ben was outstanding in all respects. He set aside a Saturday and Sunday to show us properties, accommodating our travel plans. He had done lots of research in order to set up several showings during the busy rental season. On this two day tour of properties, Ben explained the different condo projects to us and the differences in neighborhoods. We never felt rushed or like he had anywhere else to be. He really spent the time needed so that we'd made the most of our weekend. After finding the property which we wanted to purchase, Ben was great with helping us come up with an offer that we were comfortable with, helped us negotiate the final price, met with the home inspector and completed our final walk through since we could not be there. During the entire process, he was on top of all deadlines and worked diligently towards our closing. I am so happy with the purchase and can't believe that it was as smooth of a process as it was.

Ben always went the "extra mile". He created videos along with pictures and sent for evaluation of potential properties. We had more than 100 phone conversations since I was a long distance buyer. He no doubt is the best realtor i have ever worked with.
