As a first time home buyer I had no prior experience on home purchase and I was full of doubts. Ben walked me through all the steps and guided me through the decision process on each one. I'm grateful I met with him, I hope someone else out there gets the chance to work with him. He is very resourceful, very knowledgeable and more importantly, humble and friendly.

Ben stuck with us during our 8 month home search, setting up and meeting us at showings on short notice often times more than 50 miles away from his home base. Not only was he patient but also persistent. Coming down to the wire before school starting we put in an offer on a home that we instantly fell in love with that had only been on the market for 2 days. That same evening we received a phone call from Ben letting us know our offer had been accepted. He had spoke with the listing agent and worked his magic. Ben went the extra mile setting up inspections and talking directly with the contractor in charge of solving a septic issue. The home appraised for more than we offered. 15 days after our offer was accepted we closed on the home.

Ben was amazing to work with in purchasing our new home! It was a long process finding a home and he stuck with us the entire time. He was insightful when visiting each home and had clearly researched each property before we arrived to be able to tell us details about the homes. His response time to any questions or setting up showings was impressive. Ben is dedicated to his clients and made us feel important and he was just as invested in finding us a home as we were.
