WOW!!!! Benny was honest to the core! He told me the honest truth even if it wasn't the news I wanted to hear. He was by far the most professional and passionate realtor we have ever met. I met Benny when I was interviewing 4 other agents (many listed here on Zillow) when I was selling my high end home. When other agents learned I was interviewing multiple agents, they all increased the sales price. Of course, that sounded wonderful as I was eager to sell and get top dollar. Benny's selling price was approximately 300k less than others. Benny had explained that he knew the market well and also brought videos of competition in the area. I was impressed! Benny also said he would NOT accept my listing at the other agents' prices because he would be setting me up to fail. Benny encouraged me to list with another agent. He also explained that once the price dropped with the other agent that I could end my contract and hire him! At that time, I decided to use another agent with hopes of getting a higher asking price. Unfortunately after only a few weeks, my listing agent recommended I lower the price 300k! I called Benny and he sold my home in 14 days. Benny was truthful and honest even when it wasn't what I wanted to hear. I highly recommend Benny to sell any home.
