Benny & Angela provided us with amazing service. We put in an offer on a house the weekend they went on family vacation and they still managed to stay in contact with us throughout the weekend. Eventhough we didn't get that house, I was amazed at how they communicated with us step by step while on vacation. When we did eventually find the perfect house for us they provided great service from beginning to end! We wouldn't have made it without their expertise, knowledge and guidance throughout the entire process. They were awesome to work with & we would definitely refer them to our familiy/friends.

First let me say that I was not sure who to work with in the Perrysburg area so I used a service to help. I contacted Benny Maxwell when it was time to sell my house. Excellent excellent excellent choice!!On his first trip over to my house he was able to provide a solid assessment of where it stood for the purposes of marketing it. We were then able to have an honest discussion on price expectations and we were able to agree on an amount that was reasonable but with a little stretch. This was a great decision, because once we officially listed it we generated immediate interest. The next several days we had many showings and a few that resulted in offer-level interest! I took Benny's advice on a counteroffer situation and just like that we were done!!! Being in the military, its hard to take time off and look for a home in a different state. Benny and Angela made this transition extremely easy and not painful at all. They were available when ever I had a question and answered it very quickly. They don't push you to do something you don't want to do. Angela and Benny are awesome!! They are a husband and wife team. I always felt like I could call, usually text for me, Angela and she would know the answer right away. This was improtant for me as my wife and I were first time home buyers with lots of questions. If you are thinking of buying a house please make it easier on yourself and call them. Angela showed us several properties before we found "the one". Angela and her husband both on several occasions took the time to dig up homeowners association rules for us and deed restrictions. I say again CALL THEM!

I can't say enough good about our experience with Benny. This was our first ever house buying experience. A lot of friends told me it is terrifying and a lot of work and stress. Not once did I ever feel overwhelmed. Benny was there every step of the way with us. We picked out houses to look at and the day we had available to look, we had about the worst rain storm we've ever had. He showed up on time and took us around to each house even in the nasty weather. He was upfront with every house we looked at and never once rushed us into anything. BENNY WORKED HIS MAGIC AND WE HAD OUR HOME SOLD IN 5 DAYS! When we made the decision to accept a new job offer in a different state, we had to move quickly. First order of business was to travel to the new location and find a house, which would have made much more difficult if we did not have our current house sold. We knew Benny personally from church and already had total confidence in him as a person. What we didnt know was how amazing he was in his job as a real estate agent. When we asked him to help us, he came out to the house and walked us through his process...including the fact that we would not be locked into a 6 month agreement. His customer-focused approach was a breath of fresh air. Next, he set up an appointment with his photographer/stager who came out and gave us tremendous advice about how to set the house up for showing to its maximum potential...we are convinced that her role was pivotal in the house selling so quickly. Benny had two showings set up within 1-2 days of actually listing our property and artfully handled the challenging process of advising us while still accepting our goals and desires in the process. This is where a lot of agents fail...they cant appreciate that the seller has decision inputs other than whats the most I can get out of the house. Our #1 priority was to sell the house as quickly as possible above a certain threshold and Benny made that happen. Benny also excelled at handling the various issues that come up in this process with great communication skills and knowledge of the process. I loved the fact that he embraces newer technology and used online document review/signature functionality. Also, he was very responsive to our needs and questions. You WILL NOT find a better agent anywhere. If you are considering a move, you MUST call Benny first. You wont regret that decision.
