- Berlida and I connected, but did no business
I am a realtor and had a client wanting to lease a property listed with Berlida Tejada. The information on MLS was not sufficient as she required more than stated on MLS. The MLS should clearly list required docs needed. My client provided all documents and checks requested by Berlida in a TIMELY MANNER. Once Berlida received the documents there was no communication from her there after. I contacted her via email, cell, voicemails, text and no response. She read all text messages every day yet did not bother to give myself nor my client an update on her application. That is 100% unprofessional in our environment. I should not have to chase ( continuously call, email, text) a fellow realtor down to get a response. Now my client and myself has wasted time which is extremely valuable as we all know and money. We are 100% unhappy with Berlidas Tejadas service and recommend some training in customer service, professionalism and communication.
