My husband and I live in Canada so the thought of purchasing a home in Fort Lauderdale was a bit scary at first. I got Bernard's phone number from my sister who lives in Fort Lauderdale who just happened to have his card. After speaking to Bernard we registered for his property listing by emails to get an idea of what was on the market. Bernard and I spoke about the type of condo we were looking for and what our budget would be.
