When we decided to retire to Temecula and look for a home, we needed the best realtor in the area. We got a recommendation to contact BerylAnne to find us the perfect home. Her tireless strategy and perseverance paid off, she found our home in a failing short sale escrow and she made it possible for us to submit an offer on it even before the bank relished the property. We encountered all the usual difficulties associated with closing a short sale but BerylAnne stayed on top of everything, escspecially extensive due diligence and closed our purchase. I would engage her again if I were to buy another home in the area. Oh, I almost forgot to mention her fabulous network of lenders, inspectors,, handyman and trade contractors that made it not only easier to purchase the home but to make necessary repairs and upgrades once escrow had closed.
