I want to say we were extremely happy to have Beth Braun as our realtor she went beyond the call of duty. We had a buyer within one week when she posted on 28 Dec 2016 and sold February 15, 2017.

Beth is a very compassionate person. My husband and I are military. We are also very young and we purchased our first house with Beth. She happily showed us around to look at houses. We had no clue what we were doing or the steps to take and Beth helped us and supported us 100% along the way. She was very knowledgeable, took initiative, persistent, trustworthy and communicated with us consistently in a timely manner. Her process expertise and negotiation skills is 100%. I highly recommend her to anyone!!!

My family and I were moving from out of state and only had two days to look at homes over the holiday time frame. Beth was able to show us about 15 houses in 2 days and all of them were houses that were in our budget and close to what we were looking for. She knew the area very well and was also knowledgeable on the drive times to the nearby military post. She was a bright and shiny face and more than happy to accommodate for our circumstances the best she could. I would strongly recommend using her again.
